Reassurance & 4D Scan

Our reassurance & 4D scan is available from 24 weeks gestation, through to 34 weeks gestation. This scan is primarily a reassurance scan.

All of our sonographers are qualified and trained through the NHS. The primary purpose of this scan is reassurance, this is not a diagnostic scan.

Appointment length: 20 minutes

Scan time: approx. 15 minutes

What is included in this package:

Watch the heartbeat and see baby’s movements
Measurement of gestation
Baby’s estimated weight can be provided (not for diagnostic use)
Gender can be revealed during the scan or written down to open at a later date
Report of scan findings
2 black & white pictures
Digital download of images & video-clips

Please note:

Multiple pregnancies:

There is a surplus of £15 for multiple pregnancies, please call the clinic to discuss options.

Rescans:

If we cannot get 3D images due to position of baby, a complimentary rescan is included in this package. Rescans are at the discretion of Miracle Within staff.

Rescans are available at select times. Rescans for the midweek offer must be on Tuesday/Wednesday.

Tips to prepare for your scan

Having something sugary before your scan (such as fruit juice) is advised. We advise staying well hydrated in the run up to your scan.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to your scan and if you are running late, please let us know by calling us on 01484 970358.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We booked last minute on Wednesday as needed some reassurance due to issues with my pregnancy. Such an amazing place the receptionist was lovely and welcoming. The sonogropher is amazing made us feel so comfortable she took her time didnt rush which made me feel at ease overall an amazing experience and will be booking to come back again in a few weeks for my own peace of mind.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently used the services of miracle within and would like to say that they were amazing. Unfortunately my pregnancy ended with a missed miscarriage but they handled it with such empathy and sensitivity unlike the nhs. They also offered me a second scan for my own piece of mind. I would 100% recommend this place and hopefully in the near future would use them again myself.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Travelled from Wakefield due to the same day appointments you can book online. Wasn’t too sure about my due date or how many weeks I was so booked in and arrived a few hours later. Found out I’m 6 weeks and 5 days! The clinic was really cute and comfortable and was an amazing experience. Confirmed I do actually have a baby in my belly! Will be using again in a few weeks time. Edit: Pregnant with my second baby and still continue to use this clinic. All staff are so friendly and welcoming, the clinic itself is clean, has a warm relaxing feel and also very welcoming. The actual room you are scanned in is dimly lit with candles and you can bring family members to make the experience even better. The prices for what you get are amazing! I will continue to use this clinic throughout my second pregnancy and can’t wait to come back for the gender reveal!

Receptionist very welcoming and helpful and sonographer was amazing, very reassuring and professional, very patient in waiting to get us some good pictures when baby was camera shy. I came with my sister for a gender scan and they were great in accommodating, and the sonographer took her time and explained things as she went along, just made me feel at ease!
