Please note that we DO NOT offer internal scans, we offer abdominal scans.
Our 4D scan packages are available from 24 weeks gestation, through to 34 weeks. We advise coming for a 4D scan between 28-32 weeks.
All of our sonographers are qualified and trained through the NHS. The primary purpose of this scan is reassurance, this is not a diagnostic scan.
Appointment length: 20 minutes
Scan time: approx. 15 minutes
What is included in this package:
- Watch the heartbeat and see baby’s movements
- Measurement of gestation
- Baby’s estimated weight can be provided (not for diagnostic use)
- Gender can be revealed during the scan or written down to open at a later date
- Report of scan findings
- 2 black & white pictures
- 4 colour pictures (3D)
- USB stick containing images and video-clips
- 10" pulse-beat teddy (£5 upgrade option to 16" teddy)

Please note:
- We are only able to provide this service to persons over the age of 18
Multiple pregnancies:
There is a surplus of £15 for multiple pregnancies, please call the clinic to discuss options.
Rescans:
If we are unable to confirm the gender of baby at your appointment, you are entitled to a free rescan at a later date. Please try avoiding booking gender reveal parties on the same day as your scan.

Tips to prepare for your scan
Please arrive to your appointment with a full bladder. We advise staying well hydrated in the run up to your scan and drinking a pint of water about an hour before.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to your scan and if you are running late, please let us know by calling us on 01484 970358.
